Shipping Policy
We normally ship in 1 business day from receipt of payment. Shipping charges include packaging the item so it is sure to arrive in collectible condition. We use United States Postal Service in most cases, but will utilize UPS if it saves you money or if it is a high-value item.
Return Policy
Since these are collectible items, returns will ONLY be accepted if the condition does not match the condition stated in the auction. For sealed boxes, packs, and cases there will absolutely be NO refunds given if the product has been opened.
